The Install button cannot open Apple’s home-screen menu. Use Safari’s Share menu to add the app.

Open mail.bittuicloud.com/apps in Safari. If you’re inside another app, open the link in Safari first.

Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. You may need to scroll through the sharing options.

Keep Open as Web App turned on if shown, then tap Add.

Open BITTU Mail from your home screen and sign in with your existing account.

Your messages stay private.
Alerts say “You have new mail.” Sender names, subjects and message content stay inside your inbox.
Choose this setting on each device. Delivery depends on your connection, browser and device notification settings. Spam, Trash and older imported mail do not send alerts.

Sign in with your @bittumail.tech address or your company-domain account. Your plan and permissions stay the same.

An internet connection is required for mail. The offline screen stores no messages, attachments or account details.
Is this an App Store or Google Play download?
This version is a browser-installed web app. It opens from your home screen, Dock or app launcher. Separate Apple App Store, Google Play and desktop store listings are not available on this page.
Do I need another account or subscription?
No. Sign in with your existing BITTU Mail account. Installing the app has no separate charge; your current mail plan and limits still apply. New here? Create a BITTU Mail account.
Why is there no Install button in my browser?
Some browsers use their own menu instead of a page button. Choose your device above and follow its steps. On iPhone use Safari’s Add to Home Screen; on Mac use Add to Dock in supported Safari versions. A managed work device may restrict installation.
How does the app stay up to date?
The app loads BITTU Mail’s latest website when you connect. Close and reopen the app if an update is available. Browser or operating-system updates may be needed for installation features.
Will uninstalling remove my mailbox?
Uninstalling the app removes it from that device. It does not delete your BITTU Mail account or server-stored email. On a shared device, sign out before uninstalling.
